Your use of this website is subject to the following conditions and you should not use this website unless you accept these conditions of Wine County Connection (WCC):

General
1. All content of this web site, including trademarks, logos and copyrights are owned by solely by WCC. You may not use any of the intellectual property, in any way, without written permission of WCC.
2. As a visitor/user/future lover of this website, you agree to release WCC (Company), and/or any sponsors or venues of any and all liability.
3. Any material viewed, and any feature utilized on this site is at your (the user's) discretion, and none of the parties involved with the production, development, or operation of this site will be held liable.
4. You agree that any personal information submitted by you (the user) to the Company is truthful and lawful.

5. WCC is not responsible for the content of any linked sites and the inclusion of any link does not imply any endorsement of that linked site.

Events
6. By participating in any WCC related event, you are giving permission for us to forward your email address to your mutual "matches" (any participants whom you choose and who also choose you).
7. We will not forward your email address to any other people in attendance at the event, without your prior permission.
8. Your participation in WCC is at your own risk and you agree to waive any and all liability against WCC, the venue that the event is held at, any sponsors associated with the event or the Company, and/or all staff members associated with WCC.
9. WCC does not screen participants, and you agree to release WCC from any liability and assume the risk and full responsibility regarding any person you meet at a WCC event. To ensure your safety, we strongly encourage you to take the same precautions you would take in meeting any new person.
10. WCC has the right to remove someone from an event if this person acts in a way that WCC deems defamatory, obscene, inflammatory, indecent, or threatening in any way.
11. Our 'Don't get a match, come back for free' policy is reserved for regular speed dating events only. Participants of our special events (including charity speed dating events and exclusive events) will receive a 25% discount on a future regular event should they not receive a match at their paid event.
12. WCC has the right to revoke our "don't get a match, come back for free" policy at our own discretion.
13. WCC does not guarantee the results of any WCC event, and does not guarantee that all participants will receive a match. All participants in WCC events understand and acknowledge that WCC provides an exciting and fun way of meeting new people. WCC does not guarantee that any participant will successfully receive a match at our events. WCC does not guarantee the success of any match between participants.
14. WCC is not responsible for your matches contacting you. We are responsible only for exchanging contact information between you and your matches.
15. During WCC events there may be pictures and videos taken of events. By attending WCC events you agree to let WCC use the pictures and videos for WCC purposes only. The pictures and videos are property of WCC. If you feel strongly about not having your pictures or videos displayed, please let us know and we may remove it. Customer service and your privacy is very important to us at WCC

Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel your WCC party, please send us an e-mail at info@winecountryconnection.com Title your e-mail "Cancellation" and in the body of the e-mail, give us your first and last name and specify what party you are canceling. To receive a refund (minus a $5 administration cost), please cancel 5-business days prior before the event.

We are unfortunately not able to give you a refund if:
• you do not cancel five business days prior to the event.
• you do not make it out to the party.
• you are so late that the event itself has already started.
